Meet PZ

I've spent 20+ years as CEO and COO of companies across food, cannabis, and consumer products - including Enstrom Candies, Coda Signature, and Zachary Confections. I've led turnarounds, multi-state expansion programs, and operational-scale initiatives across organizations with up to $60M in revenue.

I started Z3 Impact Group because I kept seeing the same problem: founders and PE-backed leadership teams were smart and motivated, yet stuck. Operations were the ceiling. Execution was the gap.

I step in, take ownership, and get things moving.

I also know what a real turnaround looks like from the inside. A decade ago, I rebuilt my own life from the ground up. That experience is in the room with me at every client engagement - the conviction that almost anything can be turned around with the right ownership, the right systems, and someone willing to be accountable.
